Sound familiar?
When the tech stops, the chairs stop.
Imaging that stops working
A sensor that won’t connect or an imaging PC that won’t boot means a patient in the chair and no X-rays.
A server nobody looks after
The practice software runs on one machine in a closet. If it fails, the schedule, charts and billing go with it.
Backups no one has tested
Most offices have a backup. Far fewer have restored from it, so nobody knows if it would work on a bad day.
Phishing aimed at the front desk
Fake invoices, fake insurer emails and password lures land in the shared inbox every week.
Too many vendors pointing at each other
Software, imaging, phones and internet all blame the network. Someone has to own the problem.
Patient records to protect
Ontario’s health privacy law expects reasonable safeguards for patient information, including on your computers.
What we look after
Every machine in the office, from the front desk to the operatory.
Front desk and operatory PCs
Monitoring, updates and support for every workstation, including the ones chairside.
Practice management server
The server your schedule, charts and billing run on: monitored, patched and backed up.
Imaging workstations
Keep the PCs behind your sensors, pano and intraoral cameras healthy, and coordinate with the imaging vendor when it’s their side.
Backups you can restore
Server and Microsoft 365 backup on Managed plans, with test restores so you know they work.
Email and accounts
Microsoft 365 set up properly: multi-factor sign-in, shared mailboxes for the front desk, and account protection.
Network and Wi-Fi
Firewall, office network and a guest Wi-Fi that stays separate from the clinical network.
Delivered through our managed IT plans. Same plans, same tools, set up for how a dental office works.
Your software vendors
One call, and we deal with the vendor.
Your practice management and imaging software come with their own support. We don't replace it. We make sure the server, PCs and network underneath are solid, and when something breaks we work out whose problem it is.
- We keep the server, PCs, network and backups healthy.
- Your practice software and imaging vendors still support their own applications.
- When something breaks, we work out whose side it’s on and stay on it with the vendor.
- Updates and new equipment get planned around clinic hours, not in the middle of a patient day.
Patient privacy
Safeguards for patient records.
Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) expects a practice to take reasonable steps to protect patient information. On the computer side, that means backups, controlled access, encryption and someone watching for trouble.
We handle the technical safeguards. Legal questions about your obligations belong with your advisor or professional college.

Questions dental offices ask
Straight answers.
Do you support our practice management and imaging software?
We look after everything that software runs on: the server, workstations, network, backups and security. Your software and imaging vendors still support their own applications. When something goes wrong we work out which side the problem is on and deal with the vendor for you, so the office isn’t stuck in the middle.
Does PHIPA apply to our computers?
Yes. Under Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act, a dental practice must take reasonable steps to protect patient information, and that includes the computers and accounts it lives on. We put the technical safeguards in place: backups, multi-factor sign-in, encryption, access control and security monitoring. We are not lawyers, so questions about your legal obligations belong with your advisor or professional college.
Can you take over from our current IT person or company?
Yes, with no gap in coverage. After the assessment and proposal, onboarding is scheduled around your current provider and your clinic days. Monitoring and security tools go on every machine, backups and Microsoft 365 are checked, and your team gets the support number and portal. Nothing is switched off until the replacement is running.
Will you work around our clinic hours?
Yes. Updates, onboarding and equipment changes are planned for after hours or non-clinic days wherever possible, so patient days aren’t interrupted. IT support is available 9 AM to 9 PM, 7 days a week.
What does managed IT cost for a dental office?
Plans are quoted per user, per month, after the free assessment. What moves the price is the number of staff and workstations, whether you run an on-site server, and which plan you choose. One-time onboarding is quoted once, and hardware and software licences are extra. You get a written proposal after the assessment.
Do we have to replace our equipment?
Not as a condition of working with us. The assessment documents what you have and flags anything that is out of support or at risk, such as PCs still on Windows 10. Replacements are planned and quoted separately, on your timeline.
